Whats is the general feeling of hte vietnamese people in your area towards other asians in the area. specifically the general population not just ur feelings.

i know vietnamese poeple around my neighborhood is really cool with filipino people and i know some of them really hate koreans.

Around here.Viet aren't really actives in any activity such as gangbanging or fights.There seem to be alot of ethnics minority moving into this area.But we don't care as long as everyone get along with each other.The only problem we have around here is clashes between AZN VS Black/White.Nothing to serious.

Well I live in a neighborhood that is approx. 75% Vietnamese. My neighbors are nice. Nothings happened. Everyone is cool with everyone. Too bad no Khmers live here though...I always have to go to the city to hang out with my friends

Houston is filled with viets as you people are the largest Asian ethnic group here.

Almost all viets I've encountered are nice, even if uneducated and lack some basic confucian manners.

Yup, viets on AF are almost the exact opposite of the viets I've encountered in real life. So either viets are naturally two-faced or the viets on AF are simply the bottom of the barrel.

most of my taiwanese friends are so nice in real life, i have no idea why the taiwanese on asiafinest are bunch of jackasses

Some of the Chinese racists I see here can be classified into two categories: the misguided and the racist supremacists. And if I happen to see the latter by any chance in real life, they better run fast.

Seriously, we're all hypercharged here because we're sitting in front of the computer and making stupid comments without being held liable for it. I doubt it would happen in real life unless someone wants to end up in the morge. That goes to both Viets and Chinese, including me.

Well, Chinese on AF(at least the one who bothers to post) are very representative of FOBC from the mainland who have had their little brains filled with nationalistic sentiment in their school and are arrogant and racist as hell. A Taiwanese friend once told me that she had a friend who went back to China for a couple of years and went through those classes and after she came back to America she was very different and harder to get along with.

Not really, not bashing all Chinese, just the racist ones. Unless of course you like racists. Of course you can bash Vietnamese racist all you want, I encourage it since it helps create awareness and maybe help eradicate racism from Vietnamese society.

Dude, it’s a thread for Viets to experess there feeling towards other asian. It’s Funny how we all have negative feelings to certain Chinese in this forum and not the Japanese or the Korean.

I don't really like like Chinese very much, because they're always so proud of themselves. Most of them are racist against Viet, esp I've noteiced the ones here are Chinese extremists who need to shut the hell up.

Where I live there aren't too many Chinese, but if I ever see any Chinese acting disrespect to Viets, I'll personally beat the $hit out of him with my baseball bat.

All asians like each other around here. except a certain group of khmer kids that have a warped sense of reality putting every asian race down and being equal with blacks in the "struggle". all other asians act "white".

where i live, there isnt much of a problem wit viets and other azns. yahh im viet, but even if there were problems, i dont think there is a reasonable prob between the groups. i mean, they fit into the group of azns, and theres no reason for them not to get a long. i dont even know if im making sense, but all im saying is azns should get along wit azns...
