An Exciting Night of Korean Music
Snowy Super Concert in the (San Francisco) Bay Area

On September 17, 2004, an exciting Friday night, Snowy World Inc, The Korea Times, and the Korean American Community Center will be co-presenting a Korean Pop Concert at Haas Pavilion on UC Berkeley campus at 8PM. Performers that truly defines the Korean music industry will be singing at the concert including Bi(Rain), Baby V.O.X, Jin Young Park, and Tim. This will truly be the most exciting night for all the fans of Korean Pop and dance. The profiles of the performers are as follows:

Bi (Rain)
Born:1982
Height: 184 CM; 74KG
Bi(Rain), aka. Ji Hoon Jung, has debuted as a pop Artist in 2002 with his hit song “Bad Man,” and instantly grabbing the nation with his powerful dance and, above all, his ability to sing. When he came out with his second album with the hit song “Way to Hide from the Sun,” he defined himself as the most popular male artist in Korea as well as in Japan, China and Taiwan. He has also entered acting scene and has filmed two soap operas, “Full House,” and “Sang Do , let’s go to School.” He has successfully made his mark both as a Singer and an Actor, becoming an International Super Star.

Baby V.O.X
Baby VOX is a group of five beautiful and sexy ladies, Ez Kim, Miyun Gan, Heejin Lee, Eunjin Sim, and Eunhye Yoon. They debuted in 1997 and since then they have blessed the fans with their dance skills and powerful songs. Not only popular in Korea, their popularity reaches China and Taiwan and any other county or countries with Korean music fans. Their hit songs include “Get Up, Killer, Coincidence, and Doll.” Baby VOX’s popularity secret is their close to heart lyrics that every can relate to easily and their amazing dance.

Jin Young Park
Jin Young Park has established and defined the Korean music industry working as a Singer, Dancer, Producer, and Composer. His unique philosophy and ecstatic dance movers made him a star since 1994, when he came out with his hit slow song, “Don’t Leave.” After many more hits songs, he focused his attention to new rising artists working as a Producer, creating pop superstars like GOD, Jiyoon Park, Beul(Star), and Bi(Rain), with the creation of JYP Entertainment. Currently, he is working together with Will Smith for a co-op album as well as writing songs for Mase.

Tim
Tim has entered the music scene with his unique MTV show, “Tim’s World,” showing all the dramas of trying to become a musician. With his soft amazing voice and his calm charismatic looks, he touched his fans with ballad songs, “I Love You,” and “Thank You.” He now hosts as a VJ on “Kayozine,” which airs in China, Taiwan, and other southeast Asian countries.

Awesome... I would go except I get home from school at like 6:30 or so... and the next day is our school dance hehe.

Although, if I could drive, and lee hyori went, I'd so go.
