Youre on the wrong forum these forum are full of ABV or vietnamese raised in the US they do not even know how F-1 visa and DS-2019/I-20 works PM me and I'll try my best to help with your situation (I cant promise anything), Ive helped my friends with immigration problem before ~ mainly because of really really really bad grades, under credit enrollment and out of campus employment, dont bother trying to stay in the US if youve achieved 'illegal presence' more than 9 months. Dont waste your time with these people here .. ask your previous university advisor or immigration lawyer.

If you have $500,000 usd you can acquire your green card. Ask your parents, your relatives if they can (if they have) let you borrow $500 K. If you can prove that you have $500 K, you're here to stay, mon

Damn, you guys can't help at all. You have to register for that school in CA, ask if they provide I20, have your old school's transfer form and report card fax to the new one, get your bank statement ready or sponsor if you are under 18. When all the documents are approved by the new school, they will give you I20. You keep one, they keep one. Done! The school will report your case to US immigration. I do think you have to pay for the I20 fee. Should call your school's international office, they can have all the answers u might need.

his case is not to clear, what the hell is "In my visa it is a name of school in Massachusset" visas do put your school name, I-20 is issued from the chool ~ "So I need to interview visa again ?" - I got the feeling his visa is expired thus hes accumulating illegal presence status. Or he probably dropped out of his student status which pretty much conclude to leaving and re-entering the country or re-instatement if hes still enrolled in school.

I don't want to study in M.A anymore
I decided to come back to C.A
so the new school in C.A just need to give me the I-20?

Come to CA and marry a guy, although it might be painful at first.
Gay marriage is legal here.

Only if they're willing to work things out. Usually one of them get jealous and start getting em motional resulting in a ruin a relationship.
Saw it on the jerry springer show.

Actually, gay polygamist is not a good idea.
Awhile back, the INS cracked down on some Viet lawyer's office because one guy was married to 2 girls from China.
