He is limiting Nguy protest, so according to Nguy definition, the judge is also a communist.
Just need to locate the courthouse and Nguy will protest at the location.

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — A judge has restricted the activities of protesters who have been picketing a Southern California Vietnamese-language newspaper because they believe the publication has communist leanings.

Orange County Superior Court Judge Derek Hunt granted a preliminary injunction against the protesters Tuesday saying they may not threaten newspaper employees, trespass, vandalize property or interfere with customers.

The Nguoi Viet Daily News sued the protesters after more than two months of demonstrations.

Anti-communist activists are angry that the paper printed a picture of a foot-washing basin decorated in the colors of the South Vietnamese flag. They feel the photo shows disrespect to their former homeland.

I didn't see any order to stop, did you????? That is democracy at work. Right to protest v. Right to operate business w/o interference. Any protesting group will need to follow the same guideline: not threaten employees, tress pass.......etc.

Compare that to the "dan oan" movement in Saigon and Hanoi, whom I heard were tossed like animals into police trucks in the middle of the night!

Wat the heck? Back home, if anybody even dared to assemble and protest, we'd be the ones assaulting them. Let's see if they'd still complain then... suckers. That sounds like the VNCH regime of Ngo Dinh Diem and Nguyen Van Thieu. Both sold out VietNam for personal enrichment and the survival of their respective dictatorships by letting the Americans bomb, napalm, slaughter and rape the VietNamese people. And when the VC finally knocked on Saigon's door on April 30, 1975, Nguyen Van Thieu and his army of thugs looted whatever they could, leaving what is left of their shattered military to rot in Communist camps.
