this is nguyen ngoc anh, she is 19 years old, from hanoi, vietnam and was a contestant on miss audition. she has a really sweet personality and goes to university. one day i will marry her!!!

I haven't been to Hanoi but I've encountered a few Hanoi people in real life. They seemed to be less out-going. Maybe it was because they were surrounded by Southern Vietnamese whom they are unfamiliar with.
On the net, it's always easier to make friends with Saigonese people. When I came across some interesting blogs of Saigonese posters and wanted to add them, they accepted quickly, but for Hanoi girls they'd not talk to you unless you really impress them with something.
Still I hope people in Hanoi are friendly like you said. Let's meet each other in Hanoi some day
