Beautiful view, as you can see, the island is constructed nicely, planes can approach there.
There's actually town inside with hotels, shops, restaurants, markets, post office. There are civilians living there, so, it's no wonder china is setting a district there. It's no longer just military outpost.

Vietnamese protests are not reasonable because when there are townships and civilian people living then there should government administration there. right?
