Hey fellow Chicago guys. I'm from the state to your east, Indiana. I will be planning a road trip and will travel to Chicago right after my final exams.

I heard the traffic is very lousy in Chicago. Some friends recommend that I don't drive to Chicago. They recommend me to take the Amtrak train or the Greyhound bus. I've spoke to others who said to not take the Greyhound bus because it's full of ghetto people and young kids who are running away from home. Sounds scary if that's true.

I would rather take the train from Indianapolis to Chicago. But I've heard the train station in chicago is not located in the downtown area.

My sole purpose is to visit the Koreatown in Chicago. Is the Koreatown located in downtown area? Or is it in the Skokie vicinity? I heard Skokie is a small suburban town outside of Chicago.

let me know guys.

Oh, and I'm worried about the snow that will fall anytime this week. I have never driving in midwest winter, and as a matter of fact being from Seattle, this is the first midwest winter I will experience.

Koreatown is north of the city. Is not in the downtown area. Driving isn't that bad. As long as is not during rush hour you'll be fine.
