Well North East Asians tend to look the most simliar .... while South East Asians (Except for Viets) tend to look very simlair as well..
I was at a Chinese restuarant one day.. and a few tables away was about 6 girls.. i couldn't tell if they were Fillipina's , Laos, Burmesee , Khmer, or Indonesia .. I only found out later cause I heard them speaking Phillipino......

She looks super Viet to me, her features are pretty much Viet, i can definitely see that she's Viet (had to say that three times, haha, whoever you argued with must not have been Viet eh?). The only one i doubt a bit is #3, but if i change my answer the hint would be wrong, which is unlikely, so i'll just stick with Full for her.
