I just bought a case, haven't tried it yet but it has 3 servings of vegetables in a can... and apparently i have no vegetables whatsoever in my diet... the results should be interesting.

i get about 6-7 servings of meat, grain
2-3 servings of milk
and about 0 of vegetables

Anything that inside a can is not so good, but it's better than none.
0 vegetables is a really big problem!!
It's much better to get some fresh vegetables and fruits instead of cans.

hmm i agree but can juice isn't too bad, theres no added preservatives amd no added sugar

WHen I first tried it, I thought it was gonna be sweet bcuz of the color (red),
but when I drank it it was Hecka hecka disgusting. I kinda threw up afterwards.
Seriously, its like drinking pure tomato juice (and i dont even like tomatos).
So if u like tomatoes, sure try it.

i would take a v8, lime, pepper, celery stick, hot sauce, worcestirshire sauce, and make virgin marys in my math lectures. weird, but helped bide the time.
v8 are very salty
