The guys here are always saying we need more women here - it's true. But I don't think the problem is the lack women finding AF, but it is about keeping them here.

For the first couple of days or weeks, they may get all excited about finding a forum that discusses Viet culture, but that interest seems to wither away. One told me that she's finding AF redundant - always the same type of conversations over and over again; and that there's not enough girls for her to converse with (which comes back to our problem in the first place).

So, ladies, what kind of changes would you like to see in the Viet forum?

Guys, how far would you go to cater to our women?

It's tough to ask the opinion of those who left. Why don't you start survey the opinions from those who still stick around ? maybe they would provide some inputs that you wouldn't get them from the guys's perspective...yes?
