^I thought that Khmers and Vietnamese are related? Aren't the two languages, cousin languages? The only difference is that Vietnamese became tonal after Chinese dominance in the past? It's true. Khmer and other primates are related also. Did you know a Chinaman's DNA is similarity to a chimpanzee of 99.5%? Did you also Know that A Korean person shares the same certain amount DNA of those dogs species they've being consuming for million plus years?
