It has brought to my attention that the flaming wars between Viets, chinese, and khmers still rage on in this forum, therefore, I am obliged to this forum as a member of this forum to clearly distinguish the historical facts and myths made by dumb idiots.

Since the time of recored history, Viets have always been watching every of their footsteps. To their north are the chinese, south are the khmers. The khmers still think that south Vietnam is still a part of their territory (of which I am getting sick of). South Vietnam was cultivated by the Viets over 300 years ago, just like the Americans with their Manifest Destiny.

And lastly, every culture and empire rises and falls. Rome was colonized by the Etruscans before they grew to be an empire. America was colonized by the British before they become the world's greatest superpower. Like wise, Vietnam was colonized by the chinese. What is the similarity between these civilizations? They all grew matured and took arms for themselves and declared an independent nation. They have their own culture, custumes, history, and religion, different from their agressors.

So, in conclusion, I have briefly went over the historical facts and the relationships between nations and colonies. Are there any questions?
