I think so, I get reactions everytime I eat cholestrol laden foods...

Seafood are low in cholesterol.

I know what xoai tuong are, they're different from xoai trang. Unless she likes xoai tuong.. xoai trang is smaller, and xoi tuong is flatter.

There are a lot of yummy Vietnamese snacks, especially in Vietnam, where they're always made fresh and new. I like chè, all tyes- chè đậu trắng, chè đậu xanh, chè ba màu, chè thưng, chè chuối.. hihi. I also like bánh đậu xanh; xôi put in bánh tiêu and lá dứa (has anyone had this? it's yummy), and I like kem (ice cream). When Tết Trung Thu comes around, I usually like to eat the bánh Trung Thu. I like desserts.. but then too much sweets can give us undesirable results too. hihi.

In fact Xoài tượng means they are BIG (flat or not).

No one here eats it with mắm ruốc? Người Bắc viết Soài with S. But more people viết Xoài with X. Bizarre...
