When I was a Freshman in high school, I remember this Lao guy beating the $hit out of this black guy (big guy on the basketball team too) fist to fist in front of a Rite Aid because the black guy was trying to jack the Lao guy's car a few weeks ago and the Lao guy found out it was this guy who was responsible for trying to strip his car.

The black guy bleeded real bad (especially his head because that Lao guy kept pushing him up against the store wall and smashing his head against it) and I remember the black guy had his friends who were trying to jump the Lao guy too (even though it was suppose to be a one on one fight) but then the high school called the cops (the Rite Aid store was right across the street of their high school) and the cops arrested both guys.


In certain parts of California, Black/Mexicans don't mess around with Lao, Cambodian guys. They don't seem to be scared of Hmong or Viet guys though. Maybe they aren't willing to fight as much or they're just better at ignoring these clowns or not as hotheaded.


Mainland SEAs can be scary to mess with in fights, so don't get on our bad side. Even my ex-boyfriend (Chinese guy) found out the hard way.

Well, no, it's not the same thing, since it's important to know who fits the profile of a victim of the offender. However, it is racist to single this person out by race, you can use it to describe how they look, but using it as a headline seems to single out the perp just beause he's an African American. You're not singling out Asian women by mentioning it since it's him doing all the singling out. It's all a matter of intent of stated facts.
