I am sure 'Rockheart Music' is excellent, but I have to assume it has not guitar in it! hahaha!!
As for Nguyen Le, it is hard for me to make comparisons. I mentioned Joe Satriani above, but that is not exactly a good technical comparison. Stylistically, Nguyen Le has a much wider range and, I believe a greater command of technical ability. His strength as a player lies not so much as a solo performer, but as a compositionalist - as he brings some great musicians together and writes with the group in mind.
I have heard some of the Vietnamese band Da Vang and, well, they were just a typical rock band without much technical virtuosity. Nguyen Le is still the best Vietnamese guitarist I have ever heard. There is a possibility that the guitar player in the band Metronome (from Saigon I think) would be much better as that band is heavily influenced by Dream Theater (who are amazing!), but I haven't heard any of Metronome's material yet.

I've never heard of Nguyen Le as of now. I only listen to a few from the site you mentioned. I didn't have the chance to listen to a wider range of his music playing skill though. I used to listen to flamigo type guitar music and other range of classical guitarist. Do you know one name Vo Thuong ? he's been around sometime and his guitar skill is not too bad. Carry a unique style from the rest of the Vietnamese guitarist. As for American, I find some that can handle the guitar pretty well such as Carlos Santana, Dave and Kirk from Metallica band, lead guitarist from the Eagle band (forgot the name).
