does anybody know any good vietnamese clothing brand..im going there soon and i wanna do some major shopping..lol...
Nam Quoc Son Ha
NinoMaxx is a leading brand in Vietnam. There are so many others but I couldn't be bothered to go and check it up with my clothes at the moment.

Make sure get tailor-made pants, shirts and maybe ao dai khan dong as well (I got one myself for tiny bit over VND500,000 (USD35). You'll love the shops. beerchug.gif

haha guess this will be me first post than ^_^ ever on the board

It all depends on your style of clothing really, ninomax is a well known store in saigon, if thats where you planning to go. it's basically like the american version brand name of Gap. it isn't a leading name, but it a very well known and for reasonable price.

But you can find so many nice clothing, in random stores, it doesn't just have to be anywhere, or go for the fake versace etc... stuff hihi

if you're in saigon, the street... Nguyen Trai
is a very popular street to go buy clothings, (but note that its more exspensive on that street than some others) alot of the singers of VN singers tend to shop around there

just my 2 cents ^_^
i stayed there for like almost 3 months, and i came back only like 4 months ago icon_smile.gif
have fun while you're down there, enjoy it,

I"ll be planning to go soon again too haha icon_smile.gif

Actually there are many Vietnamese shops in the District 1 are imported from Hong Kong, Korea, and America for the young generations
Byron
Just go buy clothes from those street sellers outside.
Doan Du
Try Netty Jean and Original Big Boss. I like their styles.

Netty Jeans is not very fashionable yet quite expensive compare to other brands.

I advocate supporting domestic companies and industries first.
Doan Du
Netty Jean shirts are well designed for Vietnamese tropical weather- thin cotton and unusually low neck button. Cost is about $2 a shirt.

RH, please learn your grammar before you actually say something stupid from your mouth hihi, you make no sense.. it's gives me a headache even trying to understand it. and if you're keeping getting bothered by that official, you're just getting humilated.. and i doubt it , that he likes you, other than your money

and what the hell are you talkining about quaility ..?? are you literally that obtuse???(not sure if you know that word either haha) and beside stuff made in america... are made mostly from other countries you moron..........

but yeah there is a ring of truth to quality.. but it depends on where you shop at...
learn before you speak, you're making a fool of yourself just by evening opening your mouth
blank book
I've never heard of anyone going to Vietnam to go shopping. Perhaps for the more exotic stuff, but not for the more common articles.
