To me, as a Neutral, I would like to CELEBRATE the UNIFICATION OF VIET NAM, not the VC's victory. So:
Viet Nam THONG NHAT Muon Nam-Long live Vietnam's Unity!
I also would like to use this day to express some of the jealousies i have toward other UNIFIED/UNITED nations such as Japan, Germany, Italy, England, or France.
As a VietPatriot,
I am jealous of those nations not because they are richer than Viet Nam or because they are more hi-tech. I am jealous of their unity. Their people can always wave their national flag, sing their national anthem, display great sense of patriotism, without having any of their own complaining or labelling them as traitors.
Why cant I do that? Because the VietPeople are still deeply divided not gegraphically, but morally. This disunity has cost our great Fatherland prosperity.
I am fuken jealous, very very very jealous everytime i watch the World Cup. I see people displaying their national pride without any of their own protesting. WHY WHY WHY? WHY cant I do that? icon_sad.gif
