Vietnamese people like to gamble. Even if there are no foreigners who are interested in gambling, the Vietnamese population in Vietnam can still keep casinos, horse race tracks profitable.

Yeah, I do notice that. The government have studies the many systems and the Singaporean one seems to be the one they are interested in. The government have sent a team to Singapore to learn how to limit the bet of its people and make their citizen responsible when gambling. These rules won't apply to foreigners laugh.gif

The vast majority of Vietnamese are addicted to gambling. The high rollers from China will definitely be interested.
