Dai Nam World Park in Binh Duong reminds me of Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights.

Both of them look very similar to me. beerchug.gif beerchug.gif

I wonder how much they will charge visitors for admission fees considering this project is 3 trillion VND.

Good news for the Vietnam Stock Exchange. I heard by the end of 2007, it will have a total capitalization of $30 Billion US dollars.

That is good to hear. The prices of Vietnamese stocks are still really low. They remind me of SBC when it was just 25 cents/share in its infant stages of development.

Its is funny how Ho Chi Minh is consider as important as au co/ lac long quan. What about other important figure such as Quan Trung emperor? Plus his family shrine shouldn't be worship by everyone.

i hope that the stock market crash of China won't affect Vietnam as it did to the US and other countries around the world.

last fall, i went on a tour there as well and even met the multi-millionaire owner.

you know what's funny?

that park has an atmosphere of affluence - intricate designs, golden statues, so gigantic. but it seems so out of place there in binh duong. the surrounding area is so poor.

and that's a HUGE contrast between the park and surrounding area and you notice that right away after you exit the park premises.

by the way, when i stepped up the slope behind the gates and saw the big pool, fountain, and building i was totally AWESTRUCK by the hugeness of the place. the view is breath taking.

The buildings seem pretty high quality. Same with the bridges, and the vantage points are nice as well. But those fake mountains......
VOTAMVOTU
i heard the owner is suppose to be nguyen minh triet con nui. i saw him drive around in the park, on just a regular moped nothing fancy. i wonder how these rich @$$ people can just drive around vn like that without getting killed or rob.

when its done hes gonna have the longest hotel in the world.

i dont know so far the green color, too much gold, and the ugly @$$ mountains is killing it for me. lets hope the big @$$ artificial beach is gonna be tight its suppose to be 22 hectare (i still dont know how big a hectare is)

I hear that you are stepping in, and paying off the whole thing out of your pocket icon_wink.gif
