i've never eaten balut. i think it looks disgusting. i wouldn't go as far as to call it barbaric though. i think white chocolate is disgusting but i find nothing wrong with it's existence.

trứng ga` lộn in the State are much cheaper. I prefer them over trứng vịt lộn. I even heard that in VN there are such thing as trứng go^~ng lộn.
